Trip to the Bank

So today I went on a trip with my LSAs, after coming back from Portsmouth on the Gosport ferry, I went into a couple of shops and then I went to the Gosport NatWest branch to take some money out of my account. When I asked the lady who was serving me if I could take some money out, she said that I had to put my PIN in myself so one of my LSAs helped me guide my hand. While I was trying to put my PIN in, the lady was really patronising and off-putting because she kept saying "well done" in a stupid, babyish voice and that kind of thing. I had to really concentrate on pressing the right buttons anyway but by saying that, she made it even more difficult for me. In the end, I asked one of my LSAs to put my PIN in for me because I couldn't press the numbers quickly enough and the card reader timed out.
This is another thing that she did: when I was sat waiting for the money to come out, she suddenly randomly asked me if I could clap as if I was four years old. Now, I think that this was really pathetic because I am an adult. The fact that it was clear I had trouble with pressing the buttons on the card reader, should give people a pretty good idea that I have problems controlling my hands. This was really embarrassing for me because there were people watching and I felt like I was being put on the spot to do something that I didn't need or want to do. I can't clap, and even if could, I wouldn't anyway because that would be daft to go along with it.
This was the first time that I had gone into the bank without my mum and I was very nervous anyway but this woman just made it worse for me.
