Muscles Make Life Interesting
Hello once again, today I'm going to talk about my muscles and how they work (or not, as the case may be). Everyone uses their muscles daily, but my muscles work overtime because I rarely stop moving, and no, I don't have a choice. I would love to stop moving, but I can't. I just work with the movements.
I have to think about every task I carry out more than other people would because I analyse the task I need to do first. I think about how I'm going to do it, and with which limb(s). Left hand, left foot, right foot, or a bit of all three? Then I think about the risk factors, I might knock something, I might hurt someone, or I might just cock it up altogether.
When I am walking with people, I have to think about every step I take, mainly because If I don't, my feet do whatever they want. The people I am walking with, have to tell me to think and keep in control. I forget to concentrate on where my feet are going without looking at them. I don't know why though. When I concentrate on my walking, my head tends to drop and look at my feet. I have to keep thinking to myself head up, right foot forward, left foot forward, right, left, and so on... If I don't do this, it could get nasty.
I have to be very careful when I'm stroking my dogs because my hand could tense up at any moment, and that is not good at all. I hate hurting my dogs, it makes me so upset. Sometimes I need a hand to let go. My dogs are extremely clever animals in the sense that they know I don't mean to hurt them, and they come to tell me that they are ok. They are so affectionate! I love them!
Lastly, my muscles in my right hand hurt all the time now, some days the pain is worse than others, but it is there all the time. I don't quite know why this is though. I can't remember the last day I had without any pain at all.
Thanks for reading, see you soon.
