Hello all! Today was the best day I've had in a long time, I went to Flip Out with my carers! We had to change our socks, they had a rubber sole, I'm guessing that's so we were less likely to slip. We had a whole trampoline to ourselves, I sat on the edge and slid myself on, my carers helped me. Then I went into the middle, slowly because I felt a bit wobbly! I couldn't count the number of times I fell over, in the end I managed to work out how to keep myself balanced more, the key was to keep my legs stretched out, but on my knees, so that I had a bigger base, if you like. After that, I really got into it!

There was a couple of close shaves where I almost fell over, but I saved myself by putting my hands down in front of me (and laughing, a lot!) My carers tried to knock me off balance a few times, and that is not difficult at all! I tried to make them fall as well, like the evil witch I am! Mwahaha! Sorry, I got carried away...

I loved it there, it kind of gave me a sense of freedom! I will definitely be doing it again! The staff were friendly too!

Thanks for reading, and I'll see you next time.

Now to end this post with a photo...
