Wales Comic Con

Hello once again. Over the weekend, my mum, my brother and I have been to the Wales Comic Con, in Wrexham. This was my first Comic Con, and I dressed up as the human Princess Fiona, the wig made me so hot (and it wouldn’t stay put)! My brother was human Shrek, and my mum was the Fairy Godmother…

I didn’t quite know what to expect as it was my first time, I’m not sure if I’ll do lots, but it was good. There were hundreds of geeks there and we were asked to be in many photos. There were lots of celebrities (actors mainly) sat or stood at tables around the hall, people were queuing up to get autographs.

The actor who I really wanted to see was Mark Sheppard, who plays Crowley, the King of Hell in the TV series ‘Supernatural’. We spoke to Mark. In ‘Supernatural’, Crowley’s mother, who is a witch, calls him ‘Fergus’, which was the name of the person, whom he takes possession of (meat suit), he told us that he hates being called ‘Fergus’. My mum actually booked a photo shoot with Mark Sheppard! Also, Mark called me ‘troublemaker’! This was highly amusing!

Mark also signed my photo.

Next in line was James Mackenzie, who played CBBC’s ‘Raven’. I loved ‘Raven’ as a child, it was one of my favourite programmes, so meeting him was amazing! He was lovely too!

I got a signed photo, too!

Finally, there’s Warwick Davis, who is also an actor. Warwick starred in films such as Narnia and Harry Potter.
